Brian wrote; "The attitude customer service of the business has been conveyed from the first visit with the sales manager and reinforced at every level since on return appointments for routine service. Obviously it is a company wide policy and everyone is on board from management to the young man who hand washes the vehicles. Trust becomes a byproduct of this mindset and as a customer that is most valuable."

I asked them to check it out and fix whatever... and they assured me that they would wash the car, after my oil change, etc. and take care of the problem and they did...even though my description of the problem was rather vague. Also, as usual, I found all of the people I dealt with were very nice and helpful."

They also washed my vehicle and called me as soon as it was ready. I was very impressed that my vehicle was washed! What a lovely surprise! They were very polite and respectful. I did notice today a small scratch on the upper bumper because I loaded my summer rims and tires in the back and Honda changed the tires as part of the service and I will drop back to show them the scratch I know was not there before but it is a minor matter and it takes nothing away from the fact their service department is very well organized and run."
