Thanks Honda Team! I Look Forward to Seeing Everyone Upon My Return!

I recently purchased a used( new 800km) 2022 Toyota Tacoma. I saw the truck advertised on our local Honda site. Within 2 min of sending a text to inquire if the Toyota was still available, Kevin from Honda contacted me. Fifteen minutes later I was at the Honda Dealership, Kevin greeted me outside with the Toyota parked in front. Kevin gave me detailed knowledge on the vehicle, I was on my test drive.

There was no pressure sales, no hounding. I spoke with Kevin a few times after that day, and after a few days we decided to return, we had another test drive and knew this had been the vehicle I was looking for. We then spoke with Benjamin who started the purchase process. Elise then went through the warranty and other warranty services. This trio we dealt with were unbelievably kind, and straightforward, great sense of humour and were extremely knowledgeable of their products and services. Day of pick-up was super fun going to Honda. We were greeted by all staff saying or waving hello and congratulations were plenty...right down to the big red bow on my truck!! I was really surprised and overwhelmed with the joy that everyone showed for us. Kevin went thoroughly through the vehicle making sure we understood all the bells and whistles on my Toyota. Kevin also printed out a detailed maintenance schedule and laminated it for me. Well done and Bravo!
